Easy Morning Routine for Breakfast

We just celebrated Labor Day Weekend and for many of you, this means a back to school routine or you just like to look at this time of year as your signal to get back on track after the summer.

Either way, the morning routine is always the roughest. It can sometimes make or break your day. That’s why having quick, high-protein breakfasts ready to go can be a game-changer.

These are my go-to recipes and they are simple, satisfying, and can be prepped ahead so mornings feel a little less rushed.
